Bids & Specifications


Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Paris, Tennessee until 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 28, 2022, for Downtown Improvement Grant projects.

Complete bid specifications, terms, and conditions of bid policy are available online at or via email to All bids are to be sealed and marked on the outer cover of an opaque envelope with “Downtown Improvement Grant” and “Application Number of the bid.” A sealed bid envelope is required for each individual bid project. The City of Paris reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids received.

The bid opening will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall.

Job Openings


The City of Paris will be accepting applications for the position of Dispatcher in the Emergency Communications Department.  Applications will be accepted until 4:30 p.m., Monday, February 7, 2022.  Applications and a full job description may be obtained at the City Business Office, 100 North Caldwell Avenue, Paris, Tennessee 38242 or by clicking the tabs below. The successful applicant will be required to take a pre-employment drug screening test and physical prior to final hiring. Henry County residence required within 6 months.
