Paris-Henry County Basketball League

Let me take the opportunity to introduce myself as the new Coordinator for the Paris/Henry County Youth Basketball Program (PHCBL). My name is Mark Tomlin, a City of Paris Parks and Recreation employee. I have been associated with this program, coaching or officiating, for the past 10 years.

 

We are anxious for the upcoming 2023-2024 basketball season. We are an established league in Paris-Henry County that strongly supports the development of girls’ and boys’ basketball skills, as well as encourage positive involvement in society. Our goal is to provide instructive involvement to the kids, as well as constructing teams that enjoy success.
